Eleanor has over 24 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry working across a variety of Sales, Marketing and L&D Roles. She has a wealth of experience managing sales and training teams (7.5 years as an award-winning Sales/Senior Sales Manager), developing training solutions to support business strategy and working with a wide variety of professionals within both the Pharmaceutical Industry and the NHS.

Eleanor is passionate about developing people, coaching, designing fun and practical training solutions (including interactive fun virtual workshops) and reigniting the passion within people to become the best that they can possibly be.
